Biography

Benjamin Levin (born March 8, 1988), better known as Benny Blanco, is an American songwriter and producer from Reston, Virginia. He helped write and produce such singles as Ke$ha’s “TiK ToK,” Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," "California Gurls," and “I Kissed a Girl," Taio Cruz's "Dynamite," Mike Posner's "Please Don't Go", Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber's "Eenie Meenie", 3OH!3’s “Don’t Trust Me,” and Britney Spears “Circus” by age 22. He has remixed for Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue, Justice, Miike Snow, Michael Jackson, 3OH!3, and Daniel Merriweather. Blanco first gained attention in 2007 after working closely with Spank Rock.
