Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Johnson leads the overall strategy and operations of the company. He recently served as EVP of Corporate
Development at Wilshire Media Group, a leading digital product development firm specializing in entertainment
platforms and services, having designed and developed leading services including Virgin Free Radio, CBS Radio
2.0, and Muve Music for Cricket Wireless.
Prior to Wilshire, Mr. Johnson was VP of Global Data Solutions for Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ ROVI). Rovi is a
global supplier of data, technology and IP that enables the digitally connected home. At Rovi he was responsible
for worldwide sales, support, and business development for the entertainment data group, which included All
Media Guide (AMG), TVGuide, Muze and Infomedia data services. Prior to Rovi, Mr. Johnson was an executive with
AMG leading sales, support, business development and content acquisition. He lead the growth of AMG’s licensing
business to become the leading global supplier of entertainment metadata and media recognition technologies to
CE manufacturers, retailers, studios, labels, entertainment services, portals, telcos, system operators and more.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wallace is responsible for the technical product vision, engineering and day to day operation of MediaNet's
digital media distribution platform, overseeing a large technology staff in the Company's Seattle office. In
this role, he is responsible for MediaNet's content catalog and technology platform which includes bringing
new enterprise partners to market quickly. Mr. Wallace applies the latest in technology and content advancements
as he leads the effort to add next generation features to the MediaNet platform.
Before joining MediaNet, Mr. Wallace managed Software Development at FileNET Corporation, leading the web
infrastructure group. In this capacity he managed multiple teams creating enterprise client and server
applications that delivered document management, imaging and workflow to the desktop. Prior to that, Mr.
Wallace was the Principal Engineer and Project Lead for Saros Corporation where he was responsible for server
application architecture. Mr. Wallace has also contributed to software development efforts at Raima and
Boeing. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound.
Mr. Oswald is responsible for all finance and operations management. Prior to MediaNet Mr. Oswald spent a decade as SVP
of Finance/CFO of 360Networks, a leading wholesale provider of telecommunications services including Ethernet,
Private Line Transport, IP, VoIP, and Local Access services. At 360Networks he was responsible for supporting US and
Canadian entities and supplying leadership in all financial-management areas, including budgeting, forecasting, process
improvement, consolidated financial reporting. He also advised the executive team in decision-making for achieving
aggressive sales and profit goals.
Prior to 360Networks, Mr. Oswald served as President and CFO for Career Choices, Inc., where he served dual executive
roles directing business operations for the firm's holding company as well as managing finances for the firm's
post-secondary schools, including Sequoia Institute, Ashmead College, and Eton Technical Institute. Prior to Career Choices,
Mr. Oswald served as Director of Investigations and Recovery at Primera Blue Cross, and prior to that spent 10 years
as CFO of Era Living, a residential retirement startup based in Seattle.
EVP of Business Development
Neil is a seasoned marketing, business development, and operations executive with extensive experience
building digital music businesses and partnerships over the last 15 years. During that time Neil held
executive positions at industry leaders AOL, Rhapsody, Sony Music, Beats Music and, most recently, Apple.
Neil has forged marketing and distribution relationships with many leading brands in the content, telecom,
and technology sectors. Prior to his time in digital music, Neil worked for TBWA/Chiat/Day managing
advertising campaigns for Nissan.
